You'll wear a clinical-grade mask that analyzes your breath while you're either resting (RMR) or during light to moderate exercise (VO2 Max). The test takes less than 10 minutes, requires no blood draw, and is completely non-invasive. Results are available immediately after the session.
Pricing depends on which assessment is right for you. When our team calls you after you apply, they'll walk you through the options and costs based on your goals. There's no commitment required to apply.
For the RMR test, you'll be asked to fast for at least 4 hours beforehand and avoid caffeine and intense exercise that day. For the VO2 Max test, wear comfortable athletic clothing and avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours before. Our team will send you full prep instructions once your appointment is confirmed.
